Jeff Roberti talks today about how once you really start to see growth in your business you can now work from a standpoint of inspiration instead of desperation.
He says to never forget where you came from. Remember when you went to your first event. Remember how it felt and the things you learned. Now that you’re not a newbie, you can pay it forward. After all, life is not about me; life is about we. It’s about being able to pay it forward, making an impact, making a difference.
There are people that have money but they aren’t a happy person. They have success and achievement, but they don’t have the fulfillment, meaning, or purpose. In Network Marketing, we’ve got the science of achievement and the art of fulfillment. Roberti decided that he was going to retire into his business instead of out of his business so that he could keep serving and helping other people. Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure in life. If you love what you do and add value to people’s lives, you will be filled up emotionally and spiritually. You become rich in relationships, love, connection, and growth.
Aren’t you the happiest in life when you’re growing? Growth equals happiness. When you’re green, you grow; when you’re ripe, you rot. So, you want to keep growing and contributing.
One of the most rewarding things in this profession is to bring a new person into the business, believe in them, and put in your time, effort, and money to help that person. And then you see them a few years later, and it’s not about the money or position they have, but it’s who they’ve become. It’s priceless.
So, make sure you’re involved in something that’s bigger than yourself. Do something that counts, matters, and makes a difference. It’s reward beyond the money. It’s out of inspiration and paying it forward.
